USA, Germany, France, UK, Canada, Italy, Australia, Spain, Israel, Mexico, New Zealand, and Hong Kong.

However, if any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are incurred, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs authorities require us to declare the order value directly on the package.

We are not responsible for undelivered orders if the recipient refuses to pay customs fees.
📬 Delivery & Address Policy

We cannot refund or replace any package that has been confirmed as delivered.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and secure when placing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, it may be reissued only after it is received back, and a re-shipping fee will apply.

Address changes are not guaranteed after dispatch.
In rare cases, customers may be required to collect their package at a local post office.
No refunds will be issued if the customer refuses or fails to collect the parcel.
Since we ship internationally, packages that are refused will not be returned to our warehouse.
